How do you make home made sauce?  Can it be made for near the same price as store bought sauce?

I am going to have a piece of toast and strawberry preserves.
I may be exposed to eating much tomorrow. 
Yes, I know I can limit my intake, but. . . There may be too many tempting foods!

I am not that hungry regardless right now.

That sounds good as long as it was not shaped like a cube.  1"x1"x1".  Too small in that case!  LOL

A special time out needed to be postponed this evening so I have stayed home and ate some chili I had frozen last summer.  It was good.

Yes, all well.  Instead, I went to the gym and pounded the treadmill for an hour.  Boring for sure.

Got back home, showered, ate the chili, put on my pajamas, and will do some reading and try to relax.

I think I ate too much overall yesterday but I did work some off at the gym.
Ate some fries for lunch but I am unsure what will be on the plate this evening.
