You are right, not always practical.  But that silky, feminine, and sometimes shiny in ways material does feel so nice.

I prefer the warmer cloth though this time of year at least!

I am wearing today a camisole that is similarly nice feeling and looking.
I would say the same about the feeling of my slips too when those are appropriate to wear.
It is all very feminine.

I typically sleep nude, but I'm finding more and more that I am starting to like wearing anything satin to bed, panties, shorts, either topless or a very light and loose top. I over heat super easily when I sleep so light and thin is best, or nothing at all. Lol

It is best to go to bed to sleep in whatever appropriate clothing, or lack of it, that makes you comfortable and sleep better.

Bare shoulders, mostly spaghetti straps.  Usually satin or chiffon, some more opaque than others, some less.  95% have lace of some kind.  Mostly shorties during the week.  Long gowns on the weekend during the winter.       

I guess I'm making up for what I can't wear during the day.  Maybe over compensating a little.

Oh!  I forgot to add, panties.  I wear loose cami or t-Shirt and panties to sleep.  I use a weighted blanket for night time.  Tried night gowns for a year or so but they tend to twist about.

Naked. Anything else feels too restrictive. I don't do sleepwear. It feels like wearing clothes in bed, lol.

Well wearing no clothes would not add warmth at least.  Has an advantage when you are warm.

Sleeping naked is my favorite style. Your body provides the right amount of heat under the covers. Also,it creates an intimacy with your partner that is wonderful! A nice way to end the day and a beautiful way to start it!
