Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I ate two hot dogs.

I boiled these two, earlier in the week I had two that were heated in the microwave.

Next time I may grill two.

I am going soon to get some food to take to my Sweetie at her place.  She is not feeling all that well.  I hope she eats some.

I tried cooking two hot dogs in the conventional oven for a late lunch.
I guess they came out okay.

For my late evening meal I chose a salad.

I think I may wait awhile to try a regular hot dog again.
I still have a few of them.

I much rather have a sausage.

Sorry you are suffering a bit today.

I have not tried papardelle.

Ever since an earlier discussion about Tex-Mex food, I have been craving Mexican.

I have chicken enchiladas in the freezer, but I need a burrito or a chimichanga, refried beans, and chips & salsa.

Fortunately, there is an On The Border restaurant near my place, and my bestie is always up for a free meal, so I don't have to eat alone. Win - win.

We plan to pig out tonight.  ;D

Lori,

Is that restaurant similar to a Taco Bell or Del Taco or is it more upscale?

Try a fajita!

This is a sit-down restaurant, not fast food. More like a Chili's or Chi-Chi's (when they existed).

I had a chicken fajita burrito with Mexican rice and refried beans. I couldn't eat it all and brought half of it home for tomorrow night. Maybe if we hadn't eaten two baskets of chips with salsa and guacamole.  ;D

It was SO good.

I ate a ham sandwich this evening.  I used two extra big slices of Swiss cheese that had a LOT of little holes in it.  It was a good sandwich.  I warmed it up until the cheese melted a bit.

Post what you would like to share about your evening time meal.

Especially interesting would be some photographs of your meals; however, no photographs are required.

Recipes are sometimes posted too.

Bon appétit!
