i hear you marco, i'm the same way, i can't really think of anything to say, i just get really mad and frustrated. and like you explained about how said you weren't hungry after that happened, i mean, it's uncomfortable, do you really want to be sitting there for  1/2 hour - 1 hour? that's why it's great that our so's can do it for us when needed

    Very true. They seem to stand by us. When are you starting back on T? I can only hope I can get my first shot by the end of this week coming up.

i should be starting (at the latest) by EARLY july. i have 2 more appointments, a physical and a meeting with a "secondary opinion" doctor. i'm already all approved and ready to it, it's procedure though. and hopefully you'll be able to get your shot by the end of the week, keep me posted.

i'm just reading up on all of the stuff to get bc medical coverage for the surgeries (letters upon letters), my dr. said it's better to get it rolling now so i'm not stuck waiting later on.

We don't pay for it Marco, that's why there's red tape. I just skipped the lines and paid for my own chest surgery, but I can wait on the rest of it till I get my way to the front of the line.

I have to agree with Pam, if someone confuses Tino for a woman it seems to ccome out of no where. We had a horrible "episode" recently. We were giving a talk to a large high school group about drugs and alcohol. There was another presenter therre who took it upon himself to introduce us. I could have crawled under the stool I sat on. I wanted to say something, make it better or at least correct him so the kids knew he was a guy. I wasn't sure if this would just make it worse. Anyhow I was plenty pissed off b/c I felt it was pretty damn clear Tino's a guy so I leaned over and told the idiot what an ass he was b/c "He is a boy" Well the guy was a nightmare, he apologized profusely about 8 times publicly to the class and several more times afterwards to us. Every time he brought it up it made us so uncomfortable. Anyhow I now know it would okay to correct people when then scew up his gender.

Oddly I was called Mr. so & so today and sir recently too. I am a semi- femmie little thing, slight curves, long blonde hair, make up etc. I wasn't bother or upset by it just surprised and knew it was them not me. I wish Tino and others felt exactly like that when a block-head doesn't take the time to notice who people really are.
And aboutthe age difference thing. B/c people are often saying Tino's my son i know they see him as male that is great. I dont get though how I look old enough to have given birth to him! I have a daughter that I had young, she is 13 now and people have always been surprised I am her mom, apparently I look to young. I dress a bit younger than my age, I'm 32, wear fitted jeans (according to my daughter they are dangerously high waisted), T's, hoodies, casual shoes, cas everyting. I probably look about 30 and Tino 15 to some. Sigh, I hear the T will age him some that is good b/c I am not getting any younger.

I have had mild to bad acne for over a decade, I would think this would imply youth. Anyhow I finally after trying everything else and waiting for 5 years to get a particular medication I started about 6 days ago. I have seen it work really well before on others and expect to be acne free in 5 weeks!!! This is huge for me. I am having horrible headaches though.

If any one has ideas on how to pass as 5-10 years younger I'll try it.

I have missed you guys, I have either been ill or busy lately so I am going to try to catch up on everything I missed about how you all are.

Also I have been trying to buy some FTM 'stuff' off the net for Tino's Birthday. If anyone has product/brand/site tips please email me (I don't want Tino to know what to expect).

Tino will start to look older the longer he's on T too. I looked 15 at first. Now I think I look about 17. Which is an improvement, given it's been less than a year on full dose.

Yes, the Les Paul is a dead give away. They are so heavy that it is indeed rare for girls to play them.  Sorry but I just can't settle for a Fender and even a PRS is too "tight" for me.

Having said all that, the girl that plays guitar for "The Donna's" plays a Les Paul and an outstanding Super Lead that she claims is not hot-rodded, but I have my doubts.

even though i don't like when i get carded everywhere i go (and when i do show them they don't believe me), and some block heads think that i'm amys son, i completely agree with stephanie and know that (like dennis said) i'm not going to have my youthfulness forever. although i'm really excited to start hormones, i know that it will age me and although that's a really good thing, i might miss looking young sometimes.

As mentioned by dennis, yes there are a lot of hoops because canadian citizens have coverage to take care of the expenses of surgery etc. But that's not that easy to come by either. In order to get access to msp, you have to get doctors notes, notes from your employer, find a doctor that is covered under msp, get on the list and hopefully get the surgery as soon as possible (usually fairly long waiting lists for that).

Unfortunately I'm not a the point financially where paying for my surgery is anywhere close to an option, so i'm doing the hoop jumping and applying for coverage. i would love to go to a doctor in the states, but again, i would have to pay for it. i am very greatful that we have that system or else it would be a LONG time coming before i could get anything done.

For clothes, check out thrift stores and secondhand shops. You can get blue jeans and shirts that are already "broken in" at good prices.
