An Angus beef burger.  No cheese. 

A large and sweet (and it was unfortunately pricey) Mandarin orange.


These oranges are priced about 60% lower at some wholesale membership clubs as compared to the higher price at most supermarkets.  But you have to buy six at a time at these wholesale clubs.

Do you have a local Farmer's Market near you?

You can get fresh produce from local farmers pretty cheaply. I doubt they would have oranges though.  ;D

Today I made me a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich, and enjoyed a glass of milk with it.


It was not a fancy meal like Tuesday's supper but it was satisfying to me.
