Small butt

I have a small flat butt. How do I change this? I mean is there certain exercises that that any of you ladies have used as a beginner. I mean I am trying to get some king of shape. Any suggestions?

Remember: if you focus too much on the destination,  you'll miss all the amazing stuff in-between.

Seems like your "horizons need to be expanded."  So to speak, in a nice way of course.

I wish you get the results you so desire!

Be aware this may take years and you may not get the final results you want but do not get discouraged.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

There are a lot of videos on YouTube showing various exercises. Squats, leg lifts, etc. The key is to make sure you are engaging the muscles that you want to develop. Not just the glutes but also the hip flexor muscles too. Other than that, I know nothing.  ;D

I use the Asian Squat all the time when gardening, but some westerners don't have the joint flexibility necessary.  I have a 32A bust and a 34inch hips.

Proper clothing choices can give the illusion you want.
Light colored pleated skirts will give volume.  A black pencil skirt will appear smaller.

Exercises have not seemed to make my rear any larger or wider.
It did help make it firmer.
