I had to run some errands this morning. At one of my stops, my favorite cashier was back. I hadn't seen her in a few weeks. It turns out she changed shifts to pick up some extra hours. She is an older lady and loves to have fun with her hair, sometimes pink, sometimes blue, or whatever. Today she was back to mahogany but she was wearing a t-shirt that read:

"Diversity is our strength, not a weakness."

She is just awesome.  :)

Being with my dad although I had to remind whom I was with his Alzheimer's. Finding out he has a heart issue and sees the specialist for that tomorrow. I know well with him at now 74,doctors do not want to take a chance with him on the operating table. Something may go wrong and he could go

Seeing one of my students happy this morning. Went with him and his mom clothes shopping for his female side. Has Asperger's Syndrome and he came out as a crossdresser 2 weeks ago. Luckily his mom was aware with LGBTQ issues with Autism and Asperger's doing her research. Also supportive too and she loves him no matter what. His mom is glad I am there for support as well, I give back by helping the LGBTQ youth in my spare time. Was happy with the purchases they made and did get his ears pierced as well. Good kid whom that does good in my class turning in his work on time

A couple of  hours at the  beauty parlour.  Eyebrows  waxed and clear gel nails.Hairdressers  tomorrow  for a micro trim  wash and blow  dry.

I bring my wife coffee in bed every morning and get a kiss from her. She was especially sleepy this morning but gave me a kiss. I crawled back into bed and after several minutes she looked over at me and said "April, I'll take my kisses now. I'm awake." I reminded her that she'd already kissed me but was obviously still half asleep. She responded with "Can't I have more?" Of course, I obliged.

A friend is recovering from yesterday's surgery. 
I made her some food and took it over today at lunchtime so she would have more food to eat.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Today was preparation day for my Motus AY Laser Hair Removal Treatment appointment tomorrow.  Finally shaved my chest and arms. Tomorrow I get laser hair removal on my face, neck, chest, and arms. I am so excited.

Try to be thankful each day for what you have.

My friend is continuing the get better after her Monday surgery.

I dropped off today another meal for her at lunch.

Was at a coffeehouse earlier this morning.  A lady I did not know told me that she really liked my pantsuit.  She said it made me look like top management.  Not a big deal, I know, but nice to hear.  We were in line.

I can run for a  bus and  catch it! Not bad  for  67, last year  I could hardly walk a few yards without  getting  out of breath
