Do you think that women or men eat more?

I have seen both men and women eat a lot of food.  Some graze. Some barely touch their food.  Some go after snacks throughout the day.

I am not passing judgment!  This question is NOT meant to be a put down of anyone overweight.  I have seen many skinny people far out eat their heavier co-diners.  Then there are medical or financial conditions that impact what people eat.

Perhaps it is a fairer question is, over a week, would a man or a woman eat more food?
You can make that decision based on aspects such as frequency, calorie count, observation, personal experience, volume - whatever makes sense to you.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

It really depends on your lifestyle. There is no blanket answer. I watch a few female competitive eaters and they... I honestly don't know where they put it all. Leah Shutkever and Katina Eats Kilos to name a couple. But you also have guys like BeardMeatsFood

Outside of that, which is kind of extreme... scientifically a larger, more muscular bodyframe needs more food intake to maintain than a smaller bodyframe. It's why we have different daily calorie amounts recommended for "men" and "women". That probably doesn't go towards who eats more, though. Because purely biological information doesn't often gel with social information. So... I dunno, lol.

Above all... remember: you are beautiful, you are valuable, and you have a shining spark of magnificence within you. Don't let anyone take that from you. Embrace who you are. <3

I think younger women are more body aware, there is not as much pressure on men
I am best described on forums as Transsexual
My outlook will be very different to most
I came from a time when gender dysphoria was looked upon as a mental health condition.
