I recently discovered that one of my boxes of patches (Sandoz/Estradot) in a new prescription refill held only 2 patches instead of the normal 8. The box had been sealed before I opened it.
I reported it to Sandoz and just got a nice reply back. With some basic info about the lot number and my pharmacy, they will be getting the pharmacy to replace the box. The reply was very quick, just a matter of hours.
In my complaint, I made a suggestion about how they could modify the packaging to reduce the chance of this happening in future. They have referred my comments to their Quality Assurance department.
This is pretty impressive customer service.
