Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Flank steak can be good, as can skirt steak.

Today I made tamale pie along with pinto beans. Heat up a tortilla and added honey to it. I'm sure I needed to add some more southwestern flavor to it but it was still tasty.

Last night my sweetie and I went out to eat.  She had some kind of skinless chicken breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, and veggies on the side.   I had three pieces of fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy on the side.  Two big breasts.  Plus a wing.

I wore a long wig and just barely missed getting some of it in my gravy as I leaned momentarily and somehow my hair got too close to my plate.  I am glad it missed.  I rarely wear a long haired wig.  I should have tossed it back over my shoulders.  I should perhaps wear it more often so I can make better use of these little; but, practical practices.

CURRY!!! okay it is what they call Breakfast lamb curry, meat is cooked slowly in a pan first along with the bone and ground spices. Onions cooked in another pan along with whole spices then the meat and stock added, flour and water paste added to thicken the sauce. Its very tasty, not sure I would eat it for breakfast!!

Never thought of having curry for breakfast.  But why not?
