The one limitation of Susan's is sex can't easily be discussed because it's an all ages site, but last time it was discussed the solution the mods suggested was to use the private messaging system, which will unlock after you make your fifteenth post. If either you reply to everyone who responds to this thread, or post a new one in the introductions, you'll get to be able to send DMs quickly, but a very warm welcome!
PS. It's a bit counter-intuitive about how you to private messages, but once you have done your 15th post, just click on the name of the person you want to message, which will bring up their profile. Next their profile info you'll see an 'actions' button, click that and the option to direct message will appear. It took me like a year to find it
