I cooked some big scallops.  From a bag of frozen ones.

Very good.
Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Kim,

That sounds good.  I do not like food that is TOO spicy but a little can be quite tasty.
If I would order a sauce, I would skip the spicy.  If I were to order fried chicken, I would skip the spicy variety.

But I do use spices!  Too spicy HOT and it gives me discomfort, and I would eat less of it too.

I do tend to get an ulcer so I tend to eat less spicy foods. That said I love to nosh on pizza, spaghetti, enchiladas and the like. I just don't put on the jalapenos or anything hotter than a bell pepper.

I cooked more of those ocean scallops.  Pricey.

Very tasty though.
