@Northern Star Girl and
@Lori Dee thank you for the birthday well wishes.
It has been a while since I was on Susan's. An update:
I had filed DS11 and had an F on my passport. When I renewed my passport it now has a M. I understand there is a ACLU lawsuit. If you are not a member of the ACLU you might want to join.
I have a flow cytology blood test coming up August 28. My last quarterly blood test from Mazzoni has a Lymph at 5.1, which is high, red blood cells below low and platelets are at low. White blood cells total are a 8 which is good for me.
I have not been at a party for 2.5 years and I have had no UTI's. I still get texts from people asking me to go to the parties.
I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and lift. My body looks very good and I a in my ideal weight range. I am straight edge.
Where I work we have been hit hard from the loss of federal grants. We used CRISPER to generically cure a child, first in the world. We are undergoing FDA trails for a treatment for cycle cell like CART T Cell therapy (which we invented). I listened to a presentation from Dr. Stephens (his team invented CART T Cell Therapy). His team is in the FDA trials for the cycle cell therapy. My last oncologist is heading the FDA trials. I have a new oncologist. We are also doing the extend project which will help a huge number of children. But, you know, why fund research. if grants do not improve there will be a lot of career changes at work.
With the loss of CHIPs funding and reduced eligibility and the new Provider tax ($ $178,000,000 for us) our hospitals will be faced with significant head winds. 300,000 active military children will no longer qualify for CHIPS, just to provide context, as well as many of out current patients. We would still have a 2 trillion deficit, more taxed for those making under $200,000 and a 2 trillion dollar tax relief to million airs. You can not make this up. We have mission driven medical care in some of the poorest placed and this will have a Hugh impact.
Now for something completely different. I have been working on a female Japanese bodysuit. Arms, back butt and back of thighs are done. Working on the rest of the right thigh. It looks so amazing and I get a lot of compliments.
I am 6 foot 174 pounds and work lift. I ultimately want to get to 165 to 168 pounds. I have platinum blond hair and blue green eyes. There was a time in my life 13 years ago I hated my image and body. I had to get GCS. HRT was nice and helped but I needed GCS. Anyhow, now I look in the mirror (hated to do that 13 years ago) and I see a woman and I like my body and face. Incredible change in perspective. I never think about ending the pain.
