That's amazing, Gina. Thank you for sharing that observation. It sounds like everything is going well - except for the stress. Here's hoping that the sale goes through smoothly and soon.

Sale of the business is supposed to be Monday. Finally!! 
  I claimed I retired but have kept one employee on to help with getting the house ready for sale. Since he starts at 7:30am I must be up and ready so it doesn't feel much like I'm retired. Good news the house is almost ready for sale. Painting is done. Most of the junk is sorted and disposed of. Never realized how much of a pack rat we've  been. Proper horse fence is up. Driveway has settled and been regraded. Still a lot of small things to do and the carpets get cleaned on Thursday so we have to move all the furniture. Unfortunately my back is starting to feel it but thanks to a few Advil I'm able to keep going.
   I had my 1 year check up since bottom surgery. Now down to once a day dilating. Its become such a habit it feels like I'm forgetting something. After 18 months I can go to once every few days. The larger breasts are great. I can't sit to eat without them rubbing on the table.
   Wife's eye surgery went well. She now has no restrictions so we are going trail ridding today. Its been over a month so I'm looking forward to it. That's all for now.

Same here dear, but then I need to keep busy or I will turn into a couch potato!

It's nice to hear that you're continuing to move forward. There have certainly been a lot of changes in your life recently, and so many changes in a short amount of time can be overwhelming. It sounds like your doing a great job despite the challenges. Good luck, Gina!

What a week so far. Having the carpets cleaned today, so all the furniture is piled in the living room on the hardwood. Slept on the mattress there as well. Developed a very sore shin muscle from all the walking and going up and down steps carrying boxes. Cleaned the oil burner and fired it up for the first time in 15 years. Replaced a pressure valve on it that had been dripping. Attic is cleaned out. Most of the stuff is out of the basement. Several trips to 'good will' with unneeded things. Going for a short trail ride with a friend from my trans group today. A little rest will be nice. Realator is coming on Saturday to list the house. Still much to do but close enough to list.

Went out to diner last night to celebrate. Finally received the money for the business. One less thing to worry about. I wore a beautiful pink dress to diner. It felt good to get dressed up. I have been wearing old clothes around the house to work in. Doesn't feel very feminine, but practical. Trail ride was great, yesterday. I am going to miss my friends here.

I just came back from helping a male friend put up a goat fence, about 100 feet.
Actually he had the T posts in and the ends of the fence strung along from one end post and rolled to the other end post but nothing tightened to the posts except the starting t post.
That was good because I never did this before. I did not have to do any pounding of posts.
He said he thought it would be better to have someone help, his buddy was away this weekend.
It only took about an hour, maybe a few minutes more.

I did not know how to clamp the 60 inch tall wire fence to the t post so he showed me how.

He usually moves the snow from my driveway a few times every winter and never charges so when he asked for help I said yes but he knew I was clueless on how to do it.  Now I know a little.

Well I guess I am not a farm girl and I learned how to clamp to a fence post.  He offered me a breakfast but I already had an early breakfast.  Any way, I am back home now.
