3 times a day was enough for me, take it easy and you will soon heal. Just be careful sterilising all your implements as I got an infection from my douche .
Good news you can work from home, just dont overdo it!

Quote from: Faith on July 04, 2025, 06:12:44 AMI am back home, healing progressing normally.

Hooray for progress!

QuoteI can't do much yet, no sitting 😩 and I can't stand for long periods. Reclining is my only relatively comfortable position.

Sitting was nearly impossible for a week, and improved to being unpleasant in a month. No problem now, except when she over exerts mowing, carrying something heavy, or getting too tired.

QuoteCleared to work from home the next 2 months. Lets face it, even discounting the pain & healing, could you imagine dilating anywhere except at home? 😱

Enjoy! 💝💖💕❤️

I can't take ibuprofen (kidneys), taking so much acetaminophen that I have an itchy rash.

I just tried a lemon ginger Manuka honey tea. It actually helps.
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

Faith,

The tea sounds good.  I am glad that it helps.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

Looks like I get to dabble with Silver Nitrate. I've never used it.

Oh, I'm sorry, Faith. I was hoping this was for a project of some kind. I mean, I guess it is, but I had something more fun in mind.

Yeah, not so fun. It is a diy process but I'd prefer that my primary monitored it. I'm working on her 😁

I had to have that when I got an infection "down there" , just make double sure all your "tools" and stuff you use are well sterilized.

Dr visit today to get checked out. Apparently, my primary doesn't do silver nitrate. So, I'm on my way to a dermatologist for a vaginal inspection. Why does that sound so wrong?

I swear my new bits have been seen by more people than a porn star.

Still, one month on and my low stress high mood is holding on. Hopefully this is a permanent change.

Oh, band rehearsal was Monday to prep for Sat, to ensure that I could manage it. 2.5hrs on my feet. Uncomfortable but not unbearable. A set is 45-50 minutes then a break. I should be ok.

I'm sorry for the complications but ecstatic about the low stress and high mood. And that you have a gig on Saturday is fantastic. I hope the silver nitrate comes soon and does the trick.

Got treated. Since I was there we took care of a couple more skin issues, at my request. Back in 3 weeks.

I'm wondering if I'm healing normally (for me) or of it's slow and problematic. I know it's only been a month and a half, still, I really did expect to at least stand & sit more comfortably by now. I can't make it without acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and some medicinal chocolate at least twice a day.

Dilating is rough. In the AM I can only manage the two smaller. Midday I can use the larger yet not as well. I know some depth loss is expected during healing and really it isn't that much. 1 - 2 dots.

Anyway, overall health is good. Mental stability persists.
