Friday I had a half a foot long Philly beef and cheese sub sandwich.

Saturday I had an early evening, really a late afternoon meal, with my sweetie.
She had a NY steak and baked potato and I had a ribeye with a baked potato.
She provided dessert at her place.  It was carrot cake and ice cream.  Yum.

Plus a small salad.

I ate broiled buttered shrimp.  I cooked them from store bought frozen.  I also cooked five big ocean scallops with them.

Yummy.  The sauce had potent horseradish in it, and it certainly had a nasal impact, if you know what I mean!

I put two uncooked leftover T bones in the slow cooker with beef bouillon, carrots and celery for dinner today.  I browned the meat in  a frying pan for more flavor.
