Chops masala  vale , lamb chops marinated in spices and yogurt . Steamed broccoli ,courgette and some packet veg rice.

Monday I had kielbasa.

Last week I had wonderful fried rice.  A takeout meal from the Coracora in West Harford.
The boiled potato appetizer and roasted chicken were great as well.

last night it was the 2 remaining lamb chops (masala vale) and broccoli , bought fish,chips, curry sauce and mushy peas today as mum got her normal. Will last me 2 meals, mum makes 3 out of hers.

I had kind of what I've had for a while. Lettuce, green pepper, red onion, a dab of salad dressing. I had a small quiche on the side but it was kind of bland so I couldn't finish it. Supposedly it was cheese and ham. It tasted like mush. It went in the bin.
