With your hair braids, maybe a Shield Maiden?

I worked with a gal that we called our "Viking Goddess". She was tall, curvy, and beautiful.
I don't think he meant it as an insult.

No I wasn't insulted. I'd washed my hair and I always air dry so left it loose. Could be some Viking in me. Mum was a Scot from North east  Scotland and area Vikings  invaded and settled in

Bit tired this morning. Last night I dressed up in a red dress for Drag Bingo. I didn't play but was a volunteer. My task was to hold up the prize for bingo and raffles and take it to the winner. One woman actually thought I was the winner of all the prizes lol. Hah I wish.

Got a free  air fryer  from a nice lady at church

NikkiM

Got home from Ireland yesterday and started my summer job at the towing yard today. The new owners are very impressed with me dealing with the angry and mad people doing security. Had a lady come in real angry and want her car back without paying for the towing and storage fees. Was towed due to her car was parking in a no parking zone. I stopped her, swung at me and dragged her butt out. I also scared her too, had my .45 Kimber pistol in my left pants pocket for protection. The new owners know I have my concealed weapons permit

I worked a few extra hours today but I got done what I was hoping to accomplish.

So that is a good finish.

I am meeting up with some friends in about a half hour and we are going to do some hiking along a nature trail.  This should be fun.

I hope you all have a very nice weekend.

Again thinking  back how my present  life seemed impossible  to 17 year old me 50 years ago. Just doing ordinary  things, walking down  the  main street  of my home town . Buying some chicken  vegetables etc

Sounds like it is much more like the way you want things to be.  That is nice.

My husband's good friends being good to me over the years, they saw my husband and I happy together since we met. Said he has always been curious trying new things growing up and they seen it. They remember him saying he wanted to be with  a pre MTF transsexual before we met. Said there was something about them, very beautiful women too.

Just woke up, too early though and may fall asleep again soon.
Had nice thoughts recently of how nice it is to live as the woman I am, and how fortunate I am to have fixed much of life's big error for me of being raised as a male.

Have a nice day everybody!

My husband supporting other transwomen not just me and proud of him for that. Since he met me, he has done this ever since. Said my last goodbyes to my dad which was tough, his funeral was today and lot of people that knew him came to pay their last respects. Even family members as well including my husband whom was beside me through it all. Mom is doing better  adjusting to life as a widow, a support group for widows said she is welcomed to join and gave her a candle to light in memory of him. I spoke out how he was a great dad to me even talking about the memory he met me as my true self for the first time calling me Nikki during my transition

I bought a 1/72 scale  Airfix Spitfire  construction  kit. Haven't  made one since  the  70s. Still got loads of paint glue and tools to buy. Watched  a  couple of  how to build videos and studied instructions. Also reading up on the  real aircraft, a silver RAAF Spitfire VC based in New South Wales at the end  of  the  war.

Went over to see my mom checking on her, seen she is doing good and talked. Said she looking into going into an apartment complex for senior citizens. I see it hard for her taking care of the house even with my youngest brother and his wife living with her helping out. Good thing is the house is in his name under a living trust. Going to check it out later today taking her there. Said there was one certain song that dad and her liked by Cheap Trick and I found it knows she will reunite with him one day

My chest is growing, and has been Uber sore the last few days. I bought a bra yesterday, and I'm wearing it today.  wearing it makes most of the discomfort go away, and gives my chest so much support. So happy to finally need a bra. Such a happy feeling.  ;D

Checked out the apartment Mom was looking at and she loves it. Signed her up hopefully move in it 4 weeks from now. Plus I noticed two that had LGBTQ flags in theirs and did meet them as well. One is a post op MTF which she had her GRS at age 58 now 78 and gave me advice. Said live my now happy life. I plan on coming over with my book of pictures during my transition to visit her on Tuesday. The other is a lesbian, her partner passed 5 months ago. They are both across the one she is getting. It is going to make it easier on my mom to take care of things. My two older brothers and younger brother are for this as well. All we need to bring over are her clothes, bed sheets, towels and wash cloths, shoes, dishes and silverware, pots and pans including her toiletries, shampoo and food. Pet friendly too, can bring her cat Jesse and this is one thing we checked out as well
