The topic is how to MTF feminine figure to either lose body weight/muscle mass to have a more feminine figure or fat cycle so estrogen will have periods of excess fat to redistribute to areas that would promote a feminine figure.

Any advice on nutrition, exercise, and or resources would be much appreciated.

I noticed a huge change with my fat distribution from estrogen replacement therapy. Before E I stored alot of it in my belly and double-chin area. It really wasn't attractive at all.

With the help of exercise and better diet choices along with it I eventually redistributed it in a more attractive fashion.

I don't have Barbie's body, but I don't think any woman does. Lol.

Yes many girls do what is called fat cycling. In theory once you are where your hrt levels are supposed to be at consistently as you lose weight or fat you will lose fat from where you had fst stored as a man, when you gain fat since your hormones are now where they should be with estrogen between 100-200 and testosterone bellow 50 ( those are just easy round numbers not specifically for the country you life in) that new fat will be deposited in feminine areas typically for fat storage.

So girls will lose weight with the intention to gain weight, maybe two weeks to a.mo the of trying to lose weight and the two weeks to a month of trying to gain weight.

In theory it is supposed to help redistribute fat quicker for a more feminine body

Mom used to complain about carrying too much weight in her thighs. It gives me a feminine appearance.  It is likely that I have some intersex characteristics.
