It is another day to help make someone else's day lovely.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

That I'm making it out. Finally gonna graduate and head to the big city, which is genuinely terrifying, but I'm excited. We're making our childhood dreams come true. No matter where we go in life, we've found our people.
Love who you love, do what you want, and live life to the fullest. They're gonna talk about you anyways so might as well make their conversation interesting. Live as yourself, not someone everyone else wants you to be.

Ain't that the truth. But eventually you do find your people and it is worth it

Went to my classroom to prep it yesterday and glad the janitor brought something back of mine. Was a diecast car version of my Dodge Challenger I put on my desk. Caught a kid going in my classroom stealing it. Got it from him and did the right thing returning it to me. That kid was his son whom apologized to me and he made him do it. My co workers and boss saw my newly done dreadlocks and said they looked good on me. Met a few of my new students and their parents too. One noticed something about me too and kindly asked me if I was transgender. Told them yes, a pre op MTF transsexual. Found out she recently came out as lesbian which her parents are supportive and told her I was proud of her.

I asked my sweetie why she likes me.  Did my transgender status have any impact?

She said I am kind, sweet, thoughtful, attractive, that I have a good sense of humor and that I am cutie pie.

I was flabbergasted.  We discussed my Trans status momentarily but it did not go far and was insignificant.  We stopped because she gave me a kiss that led to another, and soon we stopped talking.

I have a small wooden box with silver coins that my brother gave me before he passed away. I normally keep it in a safe, but there was too much weight on the shelf, so I moved it to a different location. Months later I tried to find it, I checked all of the usual places, and it was nowhere to be found. Even Susan looked, and she couldn't find it either. I had made several donations to Goodwill since the box had been misplaced, and I was worried that it had somehow ended up as a donation.

While clearing out a cabinet in out laundry room today, Susan found it!

Yesterday and today are pretty good day. Yesterday I came out to my niece Mindy. Today her mom sent me a Facebook message and said she basically support me being LGBT. Reason this is big for me is that both are Trump supporters. Rest of my close family members are not Trump supporters but they do tend to be conservative. That's pretty much my whole circle of my family members that live here in town being supportive.

I am having visitors soon so I have been cleaning and tidying up my place.
This morning I got up early and swept and mopped all over and I am closer to being ready.
I am happy with my progress, not that much to do still.

I am not messy but it is amazing how one can let mail and papers and things perhaps not be in their best or intended locations. The shower this morning felt extra good after all of this work.  Now I will get ready for my workday.  I have a meeting and will also go out for a work related lunch today.

I hope your day is wonderful!

Chrissy
