I had a business lunch today and it was quite filling. 

So I decided to skip my evening meal.

I just came back from a friend's house. 
I gave her six green bell peppers this week from my garden.
She made stuffed peppers in a tomatoey sauce, using some plum shaped tomatoes I grew.
She supplied the meat and other ingredients.

I ate two of them, they were big and most tasty.  Very yummy.  Extremely yummy.

Yesterday me and my sweetie went out to eat.  She had prime rib and sides and I had a rib eye steak and sides.  Good food!  Later we went to her place and she provided a tasty dessert.  It was apple pie and ice cream.

Sunday I fried up some summer squash and mixed it in with fried rice and it tasted pretty good.
I may take some in to work on Monday and eat it for lunch.

Nothing to cook in the refrigerator or freezer.  Was too tired to go anywhere after playing 18 holes of golf, so I made SPAM Musubi for dinner.  Amazon has a great price on 12 packs of SPAM, just $27.  Amazon also sells silicon covers for SPAM cans, two for $9.  A can of SPAM makes three meals with 1/4 of meat.

I made chicken cardamom curry last Thurs using a whole large chicken, think it will last till next Thurs as breasts were cut into 3 and 2 chunks made a meal, still have legs,thighs and wings to go!!
