Made up a veg mix with the rest of the marrow, green beans, tomatoes, potato and mushrooms cooked in veg stock. Had to fish out the potato as not cooked, will cook them tonight and put back in. Eating it with the Keema.

I should make Salisbury steak using the beef stock I make by slow cooking short ribs all day in the slow cooker. It tastes wonderful.

Roast lamb (air fryer) and courgette/marrow chips (air fryer again) ,it was what was left over from my curry I made this afternoon. That is a lamb and gourd curry with chickpeas ,350g of lamb that I cubed from a top of leg joint. It was a small one so just enough to roast with the bone in for one meal.
