Thursday I had a hamburger deluxe.

Tonight, I will be making my World Famous Potatoes O'Lori™

Now that I have thrown out two dozen eggs due to recalls. Large brown cage-free, organic eggs were cheap, but they came with a side of salmonella. Two recalls (that I know of) since June, over 100 people sick. No thanks. Give me the eggs with antibiotics and hormones, please.

For some reason, the white eggs (presumably safe) were almost $8.00 per dozen large. So I stopped buying them. Now that prices have come back down to Earth, I picked up a dozen.

So tonight I will be feasting!  ;D

Today, Tuesday, Alaskan Black Cod (Sablefish) which is really buttery tasting.  It is not actually the same as cod that you often see at many restaurants, which is a leaner fish.

Tater tots also were served up.

Today I enjoyed a lot of crab legs.  You had to crack them and pull the crab meat out.

I have been eating rather well recently, by that, some more expensive meals.  But they were covered by daily expense reimbursements as I have had to be away to get some work done.
