Well, today I decided to go out in public with my wife. I wore a nice skirt and a t-shirt that I got for free. I had my courier bag and everything. I was lookin' nice. At least I thought so. Anywho, my wife and I went shopping for some clothes and got some lunch. I was a little uneasy when I wasn't next to her, but hey. It was really nice to be out as my true self. I can't believe how much of a difference it made. People didn't even question me. It was outstanding. Didn't have any cash, but this weekend we're gonna go buy some cool stuff. I just wanted to post my success story.

Very cool Rei!  It's an experience like no other, huh?  Are you going to be or are you full time?  How's your wife with this change in you?

I plan on full time as soon as I muster up the courage to let my parents and family know. That's the hard part, it seems. My wife is really supportive, though she's not sure if she'll be staying attracted to me as I make the transition. She has no problem supporting me in this journey, just can't make any guarantees that she won't be looking for another companion. We've talked about that already, though. So, it won't be some come home and she's not there episode.

Congratulations, that is a big step and one you will never forget, good for you !
