BIG Brother's boss says his team dream up their best ideas for the hit show in the pub while reading the Daily Star.

"We try to cast outlandish characters. But we don't have a BB bingo card looking for the Irish one, the gay one, the mad one, the transsexual one. We try to get a balance."
