Parents seek solution to cross-dressing

"Mohammed Suhail al Muhairi, from the Islamic Affairs and Charitable
Activities Department in Dubai, said schools were asking the
department's assistance in educating students. He blamed the problem
on "defective upbringings" and the socialisation of both sexes from an
early age."
