A new "transgender nondiscrimination" bill pending in Colorado, which would make it illegal to deny a person access to public accommodations including restrooms and locker rooms based on gender identity or the "perception" of gender identity, is one signature away from being law.

Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter, a Democrat, has one week to sign or veto Senate Bill 200, recently passed by both the House and the Senate. The bill, titled "Expanded Discrimination Prohibitions," holds this definition:

What I love about these articles that claim that there will be a rush of men in dresses storming the ladies rooms and lockers fail to talk about those states where equal accommodation laws have been passed, such as in Illinois, NOT ONE instance of a maninadress or child molester or predator has been recorded.

Perhaps all of those perverts are waiting for it to become legal in all states and will have a nationwide attack on the ladies rooms of America by menindresses.  The thing is if a maninadress does come into a ladies room, I really fear for the maninadress!  I'm sure he would be praying to be arrested by time those irate women got done with him!

As a general rule you can usually tell who is supposed to be in a locker room and why.

Yes, I have never seen any men in the womens' restrooms unless they beat a very hasty retreat. Most people seem to choose sensibly already. (Except for a in few gay-bars I once frequented.)

And yes, Sandy. Pedophiles and public sex-addicts are pushing very hard for this type of legislation so they can quit using rectories, parish halls and the church bathrooms for all these deeds they are currently performing. WTF!! Are church areas overrun with "perverts" so badly these folks feel that the same thing is going to occur at the mall?

Yes, it's always about the maninadress! Interesting though, I've yet to read one of these where they're concerned about F2Ms in the men's room, or for that matter, how they're going to deal with hoards of menindresses in the men's room After all, we got to go somewhere  >
