Well, that's neat. But, I would suspect, after dealing for many years with universities, that other costs will be considered far more important when the Admins vet the proposal.

Universities are seldom under the impression that they exist for the students. Rather, the students exist to support and pay for the universities.  :)

Ah, if they could pass the cost off on the students, no sweat off their nose, one of my kids went to PSU, and its a pretty progressive place for an urban commuter campus.
