Frank, Baldwin launch LGBT Equality Caucus

Reps. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) and Barney Frank (D-Mass.), who've taken the lead previously in introducing gay legislation, were joined by 13 of their colleagues at a news conference on Capitol Hill.
