Ok girls. I've practiced the walking, the voice, the hand gestures and all that. But, how can I possibly do the "sit"; you know, the one were you drape one leg over the other on the thigh and curl that leg over the other and just let it drop so elegantly??

That is, without hurting something permantenly!!!!!!!!

Unless you have the hips you may not be able to.  It's not good for your legs anyway.  It's better to sit with your knees together and cross your ankles under your chair.

...in the short term.  Hope you don't mind varicose veins later on.  But I should talk?  I sit that way all the time.

A lady looks so good when sitting with legs crossed.  It is really no big deal. I havent hurt anything yet and I feel completely comfortable.  Tucking everything in is necessary.

If you have problems with a cross-legged posture, remember that a lot of women have trouble crossing their legs for various reasons.  If one is carrying a few extra pounds, for instance, it's not a comfortable position.

Personally, I think it's really charming when a feminine woman sits kind of sideways in her chair and turns her toes in a little.  Especially if she folds her hands in her lap!  Practice keeping your posture nice and straight when you sit down, and you'll look lovely.

Another "Feminine sitting technique" is to position your feet about a foot or so apart and press your knees inwards towards each other, this is a less straining way to keep people from seeing up your skirt. at first your thigh muscles may feel uncomfortable but with a bit of practice it will feel perfectly comfortable and natural.

which reminds me, the female body is naturally more flexible than the male one, so it may be good to do some stretches before bed and after bathing. Its also quite good for you in the long run. doing yoga would help even more, and classes aren't too hard to find. its also a great stress reliever. (although not as good as kicking the crap out of a good punching bag)   >;}

I find that sitting legerely askew in your seat, with your feet and knees together is an other typicaly feminine posture. And you can graciously shift them from one side to the other side if the weight of your body on one "cheek" becomes incomfortable. Very much for the same reason and in the same way that women will uncross and recross their legs in the posture you describe.  ;)
