Well good on your for finding - and going to - a support group.  Its a huge first step. 

As for the box, I don't know.  I bought mine in person, from Target in Iowa of all places.

I have not bought from them personally.  But I have bought elsewhere and have always requested that shipping be discreet.  This is not an unusual request for them to receive.  Just give them a call at 1-877-634-7495.
