"In my mind the best way to resolve the situation is to consider that there is no more John and he is deceased!!!!!!!!  This is pretty hard for me to swallow but this is the only way to handle this.  I was wondering how you feel about me saying this?  Since you are totaling changing to the real you in your thoughts, personality and body I can not see that I am wrong in thinking this way.
