Congressional Hearing - MORE initial thoughts

I spent a little time this afternoon working with the audio file from
the hearing. I've split it up into Chapters - each devoted to the
testimony of one or two witnesses. This process is new for me but I
think I'm getting the hang of it. Even so, I expect to be tinkering
with it for a while....
