I came out to my brother, too.

He said:  Oh, okay.

And that was it.

LOL

Later he joked that he always knew our family was weird.  Actually our family is one of the most boring on the planet, except for me.  I'm always making things interesting. ;)

LOL, it's almost kind of a letdown, isn't it?

I absolutely *dreaded* the coming out process initially. Then once I realized no one thought it was any big deal, it actually became kinda fun and healing in many ways. To release that Big Secret finally, and realize it's just not a big deal to most people. It sorta gets... addicting, lol...

Congrats Jay! Who's next? ;)

Probably my younger sister, who could possibly be trans also though she's probably in deeper denial than I was, or my dad.  I'd like to tell my dad face to face though.  I'm not sure how well that one will go over.  OTOH he and his wife have been dealing with my effed up stepsister for so long that maybe this won't be a huge deal.  Not sure.

Good for you, Jay,

Like Kate said it almost become addicting.  I come out as the situation requires, but I am not ashamed of who I am.
