A man suspected of sexually assaulting two transgender women and robbing a third transgender woman, all of whom he met online, is being held in jail on $3 million bail.
Edward Terry Wallace, 25, of San Diego, has pleaded not guilty to 15 felony counts in San Diego Superior Court. A preliminary hearing is set for July 29 and the victims may testify.
Deputy District Attorney Pat Espinoza said all three victims met Wallace after they advertised a personal ad on Craigslist.org, an online bulletin board. The ad stated they wanted to meet males who were "looking for some fun."
