QuoteYour Fitness Type: Thrilling

You feel like mainstream exercise is way too ordinary and cookie cutter.
And going to the gym is the worst if of it. It's like having a second job.

Try exercise that's adventurous, like snowboarding, rock climbing, and kayaking.
The only limit to what thrilling exercise you could undertake is your imagination... and your wallet!

Your Fitness Type: Playful

You enjoy exercise as long as it doesn't feel like work.
Working out is your playtime, and you're up for any exercise that's fun.

Try exercise that involves a little friendly competition, like basketball, softball, or volleyball.
Or you may even like exercising with a fitness video game. Anything that makes you feel like a kid again.

You find exercise to be a great way to relieve stress.
Getting fit is important to you, but not as important as clearing your mind.

Try exercise that has a mind-body connection, like yoga or tai chi.
You may also enjoy exercising in nature - whether it's hiking or swimming or taking a long walk.

Your Fitness Type: Challenging

You often find exercise to be mundane and too routine.
You need to be continually challenged and pushed.

Try exercise that has a potentially competitive element - like running or weightlifting.
You also may like taking on a partner in a fast paced sport like tennis or racquetball.

That's funny, I HATE running.

Every day we pass people, do we see them or the mask they wear?
If you live under a mask long enough, does it eventually break or wear down?  Does it become part you?  Maybe alone, they are truly themselves?  Or maybe they have forgotten or buried themselves so long, they forget they are not a mask?

Actually, I prefer cycling and hiking.
