I bought a new sawzall a couple of months ago and the product liability tag was almost as long as the instruction manual and covered everything short of 'the Sawzall was not designed to help you break out of jail' which I expect on the next edition as soon as I use it for that.
Thinking as a tort lawyer, as soon as someone is blinded by it - and they will be, I'm going to sue the manufacturer for making it unsafe, and the distributor for not checking on the requirements for ownership and certificates of use.
And any laser, no matter how small, even the pointer ones, have the ability to blind people.
