It would have very good hand driers, doors the open on command, there would be fun-fur toilet seat options, big well lit mirrors (including a full length one), a coat rack, comfy couches and an internet connection. For some reason I invision it as a place to hang out and chat. Cisgenders would come in to enjoy the ambience and maybe a coffee.

A butler would hand me a mint on the way out.

Actually, I guess my ideal bathroom would be rather androgynous. I'd want that old claw foot bathtub from my old house, pale blue walls with cream accents and brass fixtures, a radio, a book rack and a toilet without a back to it, just that metal pipe thingy.

As far as a public toilet, all stalls.  If a urinal area is present, it is off in a separate area not visible to the stalls.  At least some stalls have their own sinks and towles/dryers.  Some private baby changing areas.  Access to at least these stalls and baby changing areas can be had without having to enter any communal areas, such as a urinal area or a bank of sinks.  Private showers too.

Oh, and a roller coaster.

It would be immaculately clean and DRY.  Actually, at work, we have stalls that are like closets with slatted doors that go all the way to the floor.  I like that, as far as public toilets go.  Nice and cozy. 

You know, they're called 'restrooms', so I like NickSister's idea.  An actual place to rest.  That would be pretty awesome too.  I wouldn't mind a Japanese style bath.
