Again, here we see the unyielding hatred of the fundies toward LGBTs. Rights that we have won are not permanent when they can continuously fight to put those civil rights up for a public vote. A judge in Montgomery County Maryland judge ruled that a new law protecting transfolk (blocked from implementation by a petition effort by a group called the "Citizens for Responsible Government") may be placed on the ballot.
