I to have a preoccupation about how well I pass.  I'm always double check to see if I walking right and ducking into the nearest bathroom to see if my hair and makeup look okay.
You shouldn't have to worry about it with how great you look.

The only reason I didn't discuss passability is because there is far more to passing than you can tell from a single picture.  I also noticed the angle of the picture is not straight-on, but from above.  I have noticed these types of shots tend to give a more feminine appearance.  But as I said before, from what I can see, you look great.
