Bra insert question

I hope this is the correct forum for this one.  I received a pair of Victoria's Secret "Sensual Shapers" bra inserts the other day as a hand-me-down from a friend who recently had a breast augmentation.  They're really nice and look a lot better than the ones I bought online.

My question is: how do I clean them?  Then have this fabric on them that goes against the skin while you wear it.  With my old ones they were all silicone (or whatever) and could just be washed with soap.  Can I do that with the new ones?

Wash it the same way you should was delicates like bras and such. Use Woolite (or equiv) hand washing soap, soaking awhile in cool water, then lightly rinse. Don't use too much soap or you'll have to rinse forever.
