I will probably have srs in Thailand, but that is not for a few years.  Right now I  just need trachea shave.  I wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations or bad experiences with doctors in North America.  I definitely want this procedure asap, and I would like to find the doctor who is comfortable with this procedure and knows exactly how much is safe to remove, rather than getting a doctor who errs on the safe side, leaving too much behind, or takes too much off and does serious damage.  Obviously, the more reduction the better, but I know there are serious limits to this procedure.
