This very nice little piece was over at Thus Spake Zuska and she spoke to me. Why indeed is it that dominants are always apprently afraid of a gathering of subordinates. I'd see the same thing at Rutgers during my two years there.

Women would gather to chat and just enjoy each other's company and the passing guys would attempt to join: very often with some remark about "subversion" or "plotting." Alas, no megalomaniacs in those little groups talking together between or after classes.
