I don't know if this will work, but I'm going to try. I felt that way once. I was 16 and talking with my 'spiritual advisor' (named Tekla, BTW) and told her, all weepy and emo and stuff --- sniff, sniff, "I just don't fit with any group."
She told me something that changed my life, though it took years for me to get it - I'm rather dense, if nothing else. She said:
"If you don't fit in anywhere, your free to go everywhere, because it will all be the same as far as you're concerned."
Once I figured that out - and like I said, it took years, I found a way that I could hang out with Hell's Angels, and have a pal who was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize, where one of my best friends is a Catholic priest and another did 15 years for murder one. If you can't find anyone like you. Congrads, you can just be you to everyone. Pity those who feel they have to be this or that to get along.
