Hi Everyone:

I've just had an email from Kate's wife and they want to let everyone know that Kate is doing fine and that she went ahead with a breast aug.  She's in pain from both (par for the course) and is scheduled to be out of bed to do a "very little" tour.

I am going down to Montreal this weekend to see them both and will pass on any well wishes.
