Wow, this is an interesting thread, lol.

I can't say I really have enough emotional investment in any pop culture celebrity to actually hate them. The most I can sum up is a vaguely irritated apathy... followed by a click of the remote control.
I'm not too fond of Jade Goody, primarily for the fact that she's a racist with the intelligence of a par-boiled root vegetable, and going to India to 'atone' isn't going to change that. But I can't really hate her, particularly since she's just been diagnosed with cervical cancer... I hope she makes a full recovery and appreciates the value of life in all its diversity when she has.
Jamie Oliver doesn't stay on my TV screen for long either. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the work he tried to do with the school meals and getting children to eat healthily, but that notoriety has gone to his head... and now he's so far up his own backside that he believes himself to be hugely important and that all his views will inevitably have a groundbreaking, earthshaking impact on world events.
You're a cook, mate, get over youself.
Um... I think that's it. At least the only ones I can summon enough animosity up to say anything about. *blushes*
Oh, but one last thing. George W Bush isn't a celebrity, he's the evolutionary equivalent of diarrhea. Irritating, unpleasant, embarrassing, makes life awkward at the worst possible moments, and doesn't stop once he's in full flow.
A paraphrased quote from George Galloway MP:
"Mr Bush and Mr Blair are two cheeks of the same bottom."
Very true.
