Pairing a double-breasted suit jacket with a starched shirt and
oversized bow tie is one of fall's most anticipated trends.

But if you think Karl Lagerfeld created this look for a man, think
again. This suit jacket-bow tie combo is part of Lagerfeld's fall line
for women.

"Anyone who attempts to play the 'real transsexual' card should be summarily dismissed, as they are merely engaging in name calling rather than serious debate."

Me not being able to dress all chic and sophisticated due to lack of a sugar-person to support my all-too-obvious-and-heightened good taste?

Nothing at all, Liz. Not a darned thing.

i don't really expect much of the feminine male clothes to ever make it to American shores. it'd be nice in a lot of respects but sadly i just don't see it happening yet. however the ladies will fly off the shelves like always. the shirtsuitdress needed taken in badly, it looked completely sloppy, why would i want to look like that if i'm going in to the office other than to say i had sex last night and slept in my clothes? i dunno maybe that's just me, but that one was terrible.

and if they're going to the skirt-pants thing with the guys, it should be a little longer. yeah i know i'm a critic, but these people want to sell this stuff and have people actually buy it right?

I have to say I think the mens Prada entry is hilarious (the ruffled skirt with shiny tights). Any of the guys clothes in that slideshow would probably get you beaten up but the Prada outfit should come with a recommendation to update your last will and testament before leaving the house.

The number of men who actually wear those outfits in public that are not
already flamboyantly gay and going about in a relatively safe
environment, is very very minute. I don't even know why they keep trying.

Until an influential good looking rock star starts wearing cross gender stuff
in public and has the gusto to pull it off. It wont happen.

Its not the designers who got men to wear 2 earings (which I see
quite often these days), their influence
beyond the big pret-a-porter lines (which don't look like the runway things),
is not that big.
