I read this article a few minutes ago and it is just dumb. McCain keeps trying to tap into that "disenfranchised Hillary block" and it just might work considering how these people think. They act like Hillary is their best friend down the street that got screwed over or something. Hello?? Hillary is a politician, she isn't your friend. Do you actually think that this is the case? putting your arm around someone's shoulder for a photo-op does not a friend make. They keep harping on the "fact" (as they see it) that Obama "stole" the nomination from her. The thing that kills me is how a lot of them say that they would vote for McCain over Obama because of how they see things. WHY would you vote for someone who is the total antithesis of what you believe in?? Simply because your  "best buddy" didn't win?? Give me a break. Face it, you dorks, Hillary lost...that's it...now get a clue and move on.

Polls say 21% of Hilary supporters will vote for McCain. The reason? Most are women who wanted to vote for a women regardless of her views.

You must understand the average intelligence of the voters has no depth. They get all their information from TV and then can only think of one issue.

First, I'm a Hillary Clinton suporter.  Second, I'll vote for Obama, grudgingly.

I have never met Hillary or seen her in person.  Yet I feel like I know her.  Why?  Because I watched her for 8 years overcoming ruthless attacks by Republicans on her character, her politics and the fact she had succeeded against the odds in a male dominated profession, law.  She endured it all with humor and grace.  Not mention the country was well run by the Clintons despite the Republican attacks.  So, yea, on a personal level there is no contest between the 2 of them.  In my eyes Barack Obama is just a political hack from Chicago.  But I loath John McCain and pretty much all the Repubs.  I've been voting for people that were the lesser of 2 evils all my life.  I can certainly do it again.

Hillary had my interests, but there is no way I am voting republican just because she didn't get in.  In all honesty the country seems to like Obama better, and if it gets the Republicans out of office I am all for it.  If we suffer another 4-8 years of republicans in the presidency our economy will die, and I don't think it willl be able to recover again.  If that happens, there are enough people who hate us that we will be invaded so fast it'll make your head spin.  Can you say Russia or China.

Obama though looks like he is going to be pretty good, and he doesn't seem like your usual politicians, just some white boy that you can't relate to.  I think he will do some good for us, and lets just hope some supreme court judges kick the bucket so he can get some more liberal judges in.  If he can do that we get the majority, and that means more liberal laws, which can only benefit us.

I find it funny the bickering McCain is doing, it seems all he is doing is defacing Hillary and Obama, and not focusing on issues.  Its making him look like a petulant child, and that is not helping him out any.  Its that kind of politics that irritates me, instead on finding ways to help their people, they are bickering like children.  This was also what made me like Hillary a little less, because she did the same thing.  Obama doesn't seem to be doing it as much, and frankly that makes me feel better about my choice to vote for him.

Hillary lost by almost nothing and she won all the big states
and swing states. All her squeleton had been vetted to death
and there is no question she knows how to come back from

Obama mostly won on mommentum and by the appeal of the nice shiny new thing,\
not because he was so damn good. If the primary would be rerun now, not so sure
Obama would win...

He's been way too soft and seemingly disengaged
They keep comparing him to Kennedy, but kennedy wasn't afraid to
go negative and attack Nixon.

Obama's is passionate, but his passion is strangely cool! It seems
like it works at a more intellectual level

I like that though, he seems so different from any other candidate we have had and I find it refreshing

Obama isn't much better.  He's preaching about "change," but ever since he choose Joe Biden as his running mate (who's been in politics longer than half of all Americans have been alive), I don't buy the "change" part anymore.  Biden is old, having been in politics longer than McCain, and while he's done some good in his years, he's still going to try and make Obama stick to the status quo, which is bad for everyone.

I doubt things will get better in this country, so it doesn't really matter who we put into office next.  I'm still not sure if I'm going to vote.

You're right. Which is why I've been on Obama's tail since the beginning! I see a lot of promise in him. Joe Biden is not a man of change, but he's the ideal adviser for someone like Obama. They'd be a balanced team.

I do agree with you. I don't think any of the candidates can make things much better. So I choose the lesser evil.

I don't even care anymore. Stuff points to Obama being the antichrist, but its funny... Cause I think I'd rather go with him. Like I say... I kinda hate all of them. Politics is always lesser of the evils is the best to win.

Hilary was my first choice, but things have changed.

Obama is the only one that is willing to support us. For that reason, and also education (seeing as I'm planning on becoming a teacher.), I have to vote for him over McCain.

McCain will just keep on turning down anything that might help any of the LGBT community. (He already has, so don't doubt it.) It's saddening, and it's time for us to have a president that will at least try to make things better for us.

Meh. I personally don't like McCain's policy on war and health care. Those issues affect everyone. Not to mention I don't want a mad man in office. McCain has a psychiatric medical history that is worth knowing about.
