IF you can keep your head when all about you

If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
Believe in yourself, believe in the strength of others to support you when you need it and don't be afraid to ask for help... it will be given freely. Many things make a man, not least the determination in his soul, courage in his heart, and the fire in his eyes.
