Save God's definition of marriage

With Proposition 8, voters have a chance to protect the Bible's prescripts for marriage in the state constitution.

The Democrats want to change God's definition of marriage so homosexuals can be recognized.

Marriage is a religious ceremony created by God as an institution for one man and one woman in his very act of creating the human race. God established marriage and condemns homosexuality in several passages in the Bible.

The people of California overwhelmingly supported Proposition 22, supporting marriage between a man and a woman. However, the Democrats, the American Civil Liberties Union and an activist judiciary overturned the vote of millions of California voters with a 4-3 decision to allow homosexuals to marry, undermining the will of the people and tearing down the moral fabric of our family, church and nation.

Isn't it bizarre how the fundies never pick up on the fact that most of the married heterosexual couples in the world aren't Christian?  Why aren't they out there protesting Jewish, Hindu, Muslim, and godless liberal atheist baby-killer marriages?  Also. don't they realize that this exact same style of argument could just as easily support horrors like purdah/hijab?

I think it would be "nice" if they merely picked up on what laws actually say rather than the BS about "making it illegal to stand in a pulpit and say homosexuality is wrong" and some of the other more blatant lies they manage to spout.

Neither God or marriage is in the Constitution, no one is going to break into church and force them to honor a publicly issued marriage licenses.
